Luxurious hotel with respectful staff from bartenders to maids and excellent Wi-Fi. Great-sized room and magnificent view of the ocean. Beautiful location near all the atractions. And adjacent to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Painless check-in, late check-out. Pool bar and nice pool.

Incredible service and staff, exceptional food, beautiful rooms, and perfect for families. Breakfast overlooking the pools is a great way to start the day. The hotel facilities are modern and fully furnished. The staff was accommodating, learned our names and left lovely presents on the bed every night for the kids. The location is convenient, with easy access to the airport and tours around the area.

The hotel is just a quick 5-minute drive from a beautiful beach, Mexico 🌴, and the Caribbean. I enjoyed grabbing a bite to eat at the laid-back restaurant close by.

The hotel is situated right on the ocean, offering stunning oceanfront Junior Suites with amazing views. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained by the attentive staff, providing a clean and enjoyable experience for guests. The staff at the hotel is very caring and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast at the hotel is a treat, with live music and the best croissants ever.

The hotel is located in a quiet area right on a beautiful, clean beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are well-appointed with basic amenities, including a private balcony and oceanfront view. The breakfast offered at this hotel is outstanding, with the best croissants I've ever had.

Spent Christmas at an amazing resort! The beach was stunning! Crystal clear blue water and white sand! , the food was delicious and drinks were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful in everything that we needed. They made our stay unforgettable.

That the room we stayed in didn't have a good view, but that didn't matter as we spent most of our time on the beach anyway. And we had a bit of a hard time finding the hotel at first, but once we got there, we knew it was worth it.

Staying at this hotel was an experience beyond my expectations. the exclusive amenities and luxurious requirements were fulfilled. the outdoor heated swimming pool was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun, surrounded by beautiful gardens and comfortable sun loungers. the Spa & Wellness center provides superb services with professional therapists that offered an excellent full body massage in a beautiful treatment room. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas serve outstanding food and drink. The location is great for families and couples, with access to the beach, special diet menus, and live entertainment. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was that the make-up services were not available in the room, but rather at the spa center.
